Handcrafted using traditional methods, in large pans and turned on a marble slab, and hand finished.
Our Rum & Raisin Fudge can be purchased in a 200g Cellophane Packet.
Ingredients
Sugar, evaporated milk (whole milk, stabiliser: sodium phosphates, Vitamin D), whole milk, dextrose, salted butter (milk), 6% raisins, 2% dark rum, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), preservative: potassium sorbate.
