Various ranges of fudge flavours!


Our handcrafted fudge flavours change quite regularly over the year, and some we have all year round! On the rare occasion that your chosen flavour is unavailable at the time of ordering, our fudge making team will contact you via e-mail to discuss an alternative flavour.


If you would like to collect your purchases, please order online and select this free option at checkout. We will make your order up for you to be collected in store. Orders received by 12 noon Monday - Friday will be available to collect on the next day. Orders received after 12 noon Monday - Friday will be available to collect after 2 days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be available to collect from the following Tuesday. Click and collect time slots during lockdown are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 12 noon with the exception of Thursday 5th November. There are no click and collect time slots on Wednesdays or Sundays.

Orders will be processed within 1 working day if received by 12 noon from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Otherwise, they will be processed within 2 working days.

UK Royal Mail and Courier Service

Our delivery will be by Royal Mail for orders under 2kg (including the packaging materials) and via courier service for orders that weigh over 2kg.  We reserve the right to change this if services change or are disrupted for any reason.

We have the option of Royal Mail 2nd Class (or 2-4 day courier delivery) for £3.95, taking 2-4 working days including Saturdays but not including Sundays or Bank Holidays. This is not a guaranteed service, so please allow for this when ordering

Alternatively, we offer Royal Mail 1st Class (or next day courier delivery, from dispatch) at a cost of £6.95, taking 1-2 working days including Saturdays but not including Sundays or Bank Holidays. This is not a guaranteed service, so please allow for this when ordering.  For BFPO deliveries, the 1st class option must be chosen.

European Delivery Service

We offer delivery to the EU via Royal Mail or Courier for orders up to 3kg maximum, taking approximately 3-7 working days including Saturdays but not including Sundays or Bank Holidays at £11.95.

Delivery to overseas is possible but delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, delivery times will depend on your local service. Please check the local customs laws to ensure your delivery will not be delayed or prohibited. Fudge Ely Fudge Company do not offer refunds or replacements on items undelivered or damaged during delivery. If you would like a tracked service please contact us direct. You, the customer chooses this service at your own risk. For orders above 3kg please contact us direct. Please also ensure your delivery address is complete and correct as we cannot offer a refund or replacement if it lost or delayed. There is always a risk with international deliveries that the fudge may not arrive in the best condition.

International (Rest of the World) Delivery

We are happy to offer delivery to the rest of the world, however this will be based upon the destination and weight of the order. Please contact us by email to arrange a quotation.


Free delivery to Ely for the lockdown period while the shop is closed has returned temporarily, only this time the surrounding villages have been added. Free local delivery is subject to a £15 minimum order value and will commence from 9th November 2020. The schedule for delivery areas is as follows –

Mondays – Ely, Chettisham, Little Downham and Littleport.

Tuesdays – Ely, Witchford and Sutton.

Thursdays – Stretham, Haddenham and Wilburton.

Saturdays will be one off delivery destinations -

  • 14th November – Soham, Wicken and Fordham.
  • 21st November – Chatteris, Wimblington, Doddington and March.
  • 28th November – Yet to be announced.

Please carefully select the correct free delivery slot at checkout according to the delivery address. Orders for smaller nearby villages that are not outlined above may be able to be added into routes, please send us an email or use our contact enquiry form to check before placing your order.

Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed and can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be added to the route on the next day / week available.
