Handcrafted using traditional methods, in large pans and turned on a marble slab, and hand finished.
Our Rum & Raisin Fudge can be purchased at various weights - Small (200g), Medium (400g) or Large (800g).
Ingredients
Sugar, evaporated milk (whole milk, stabiliser: sodium phosphates, Vitamin D), whole milk, dextrose, salted butter (milk), 6% raisins, 2% dark rum, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), preservative: potassium sorbate. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
Allergen Statement:
All our fudge is handmade in premises where milk, nut, peanut, gluten, egg, sesame, soya, mustard, sulphur dioxide and lupin traces are found.
