Handcrafted using traditional methods, in large pans and turned on a marble slab, and hand finished.

Ingredients
Sugar, evaporated milk (whole milk, stabiliser: sodium phosphates, Vitamin D), whole milk, dextrose, salted butter (milk), 5% walnuts, 1% maple syrup, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), preservative: potassium sorbate. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
Allergen Statement:
All our fudge is handmade in premises where milk, nut, peanut, gluten, egg, sesame, soya, mustard, sulphur dioxide and lupin traces are found.
