Handcrafted using traditional methods, in large pans and turned on a marble slab, and hand finished.
Our Biscoff Fudge can be purchased at various weights - Small (235g), Medium (470g) or Large (940g).
Sugar, evaporated milk (whole milk, stabiliser: sodium phosphates, Vitamin D), whole milk, dextrose, salted butter (milk), 6% Biscoff biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), 3% Biscoff spread (Biscoff biscuits, rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithin) acid (citric acid)) antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), preservative: potassium sorbate.
For allergens see ingredients in bold. Handcrafted in premises where milk, nut, peanut, gluten, egg, sesame, soya, sulphur dioxide and lupin traces could be found.
