Orders will be processed within 1 working day if received by 2.00 pm (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Otherwise, they will be processed within 2 working days.
Our handcrafted fudge flavours change quite regularly over the year, and some we have all year round! On the rare occasion that your chosen flavour is unavailable at the time of ordering, our fudge making team will contact you via e-mail to discuss an alternative flavour.
UK Royal Mail and Courier Service
We offer delivery via Royal Mail delivery within the UK (UK mainland, Highlands and Northern Ireland) for orders under 2kg (including packaging) and via courier for orders over 2kg, at a cost of £3.95 on all order sizes, taking 2-3 working days including Saturdays but not including Sundays or Bank Holidays. This is not a guaranteed service, so please allow for this when ordering. For seasonal delivery, all orders placed by midnight on Tuesday 17th December 2019 will be dispatched on Wednesday 18th December 2019 which should arrive in time for Christmas, however this is service is not guaranteed. Any orders placed on or after the 18th December will be dispatched as soon as possible but may not be delivered before Christmas.
European Delivery Service
We offer delivery to the EU via Royal Mail or Courier for orders up to 3kg maximum, taking approximately 3-7 working days including Saturdays but not including Sundays or Bank Holidays at £11.95.
Delivery to overseas is possible but delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, delivery times will depend on your local service. Please check the local customs laws to ensure your delivery will not be delayed or prohibited. Fudge Ely Fudge Company do not offer refunds or replacements on items undelivered, or damaged during delivery. If you would like a tracked service please contact us direct. You, the customer chooses this service at your own risk. For orders above 3kg please contact us direct. Please also ensure your delivery address is complete and correct as we cannot offer a refund or replacement if it lost or delayed. There is always a risk with international deliveries that the fudge may not arrive in the best condition.
International (Rest of the World) Delivery
We are happy to offer delivery to the rest of the world, however this will be based upon the destination and weight of the order. Please contact us by email to arrange a quotation.
